Processing & Shipping

In general, our normal processing time for all retail orders is 1 business day, but depending on the order volume (after big sales) this can take up to 5 business days. We do prioritize orders when express shipping (not ground) has been selected.

Lost or Stolen Packages

For lost or missing packages, PixieLane will provide you with the information of the carrier and tracking number associated with your order so that you may contact them directly to track your package. Please note, PixieLane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
