Simply submit your request within 30 days of purchase at https://returns.pixielane.shop. 

Items must be returned in their original condition; unwashed, unworn and with tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. 

All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

PixieLane does not honor price adjustments on previous purchases.

Items purchased from a PixieLane consultant must be returned or exchanged directly with your consultant.
